phoenix leadership conference: a recap

For the May long weekend, I had the pleasure of attending the Phoenix Leadership Conference in Huntsville, Ontario. Four days of collaborating and participating in activities and conversations with other budding leaders aged fourteen to twenty-five made for a fantastic long weekend. Covering topics including adapting to change, making time for self-care, and understanding your influence on others, the conference serves as a great resource for those wanting to learn more about mental health and mental health care.
